Design & Installation

Outdoor kitchen design and installation in Toronto

Capo Cuòco Canada designs, manufactures and installs outdoor kitchens as one service, from the Toronto studio at 680 Caledonia Road. A site measure and a composition drawn to your space come first; the kitchen is then made to order in marine-grade aluminum and 316 stainless steel, delivered finished, and installed by the same Canadian team, with gas connections by TSSA-registered contractors and electrical work under the ESA. The Canadian branch has completed 40+ projects this way.

One Service

Design, manufacture and installation, together

Most outdoor kitchens in Toronto are assembled by a chain of trades: a designer, a cabinet supplier, a mason, a gas fitter, an electrician, and someone to coordinate them. Capo Cuòco Canada does it as one service. The team that measures your space draws the composition, manufactures the modules to order, delivers them finished, and installs them — with the licensed connections handled inside the same quotation.

Design & site measure

A complimentary consultation at the studio or on site. We measure, then compose every module around your space, your appliances and the way you cook — linear, L-shaped, U-shaped or island.

Manufacture

Each kitchen is made to order — cut, welded and powder-coated as a single composition in marine-grade aluminum, with 316 stainless steel components and grills, refrigeration and ovens integrated from the first drawing.

Installation

The crew that installs your kitchen is the team that built it: delivery, assembly, appliance integration and the connections Ontario requires. No general-contractor handoffs, no third-party subs on your site.

Timeline

How long does an outdoor kitchen installation take in Toronto?

On site, a Capo Cuòco installation is measured in days, because the modules arrive finished rather than being built from block and mortar over weeks. The whole project commonly takes months from the first consultation to completion: permits, licensed gas and electrical work, and sometimes financing set the pace, not the kitchen itself. Both numbers are true, and they answer different questions. Which approvals actually apply, and who signs off on each one, is covered in the Ontario permits guide.

Built here, and left outside

The Canadian branch has completed 40+ projects, and the first Canadian installation, completed in 2023, has now stood through three Canadian winters. That is the test a Toronto outdoor kitchen actually faces, and it is why the specification is marine-grade: powder-coated aluminum, 316 stainless steel and sealed, soft-close hardware, engineered for four-season use to −30°.

Where We Install

Toronto, the GTA and cottage country

From the studio at 680 Caledonia Road we install across Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Vaughan, Oakville, Richmond Hill, King City, Markham and Mississauga, and take on projects across Ontario, from Hamilton and Burlington to Muskoka. By arrangement, anywhere in Canada. Rooftop terraces, courtyards, pool decks and lakefront properties are all familiar ground; the site measure settles access, services and support before anything is manufactured. What a deck in particular has to allow for — load, fire clearances, gas and power — is set out in the deck guide. See the communities we serve most.

For homeowners

One point of contact from first drawing to first dinner. Consultations are complimentary, at the studio (Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, by appointment) or on site.

For designers & builders

Dimensions and finish specifications for your drawing sets, samples for client presentations, site measures and manufacture sequenced around your build — through the trade program.

Questions

Asked before every project

Do you install the outdoor kitchens you sell?

Yes. Capo Cuòco Canada plans, manufactures and installs every kitchen as one service — the Canadian crew that installs your kitchen is the team that made it to order. There are no general-contractor handoffs and no third-party subs on your site.

Who handles the gas and electrical connections?

Gas connections are made by TSSA-registered contractors and electrical work falls under the ESA, both coordinated within the quotation. You are never left to find your own trades after the kitchen arrives.

How far ahead should I plan an outdoor kitchen installation in Toronto?

On-site assembly takes days, but a full project commonly takes months from consultation to completion — permits, licensed gas and electrical trades and sometimes financing drive the timeline. Start the conversation a season ahead of when you want to cook; the cost guide covers what the fixed quotation includes.

Can you install on a rooftop, a deck or a cottage property?

Yes — rooftop terraces, courtyards, pool decks and lakefront properties are all familiar ground, from Toronto to Muskoka. The site measure settles access, services and support before anything is manufactured, and the modules arrive finished, so installation stays a matter of days.
