Effective date: October 14, 2026. capo-cuoco.ca is operated by Igne Ferro Inc., the Canadian distributor of Capocuòco outdoor kitchens, at 680 Caledonia Rd, Toronto, ON M6E 4V9. By using this site or its trade portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Information, not an offer
Content on this site, including collections, sizes, materials, finishes, prices and imagery, is general information and may change without notice as the manufacturer's range evolves. It is not an offer. Price ranges are estimates in Canadian dollars, not quotes. Every kitchen is made to order: configuration, price, lead time and warranty are set only in a written quotation and signed agreement, which govern if they differ from this site. Our guides are general information, not professional advice; check permits and gas, electrical and structural questions with qualified professionals and your municipality.
Trade portal
- Access is for design and building professionals we approve. Your account is personal: keep your password private, do not share your access, and tell us through our contact page if you think someone else has used it.
- Price lists, catalogues, drawings and other files in the portal are confidential. Use them only to design, specify and quote Capocuòco kitchens for your own projects, share them only with your clients and project team as needed, and do not publish them or give them to other suppliers.
- Files you upload remain yours. You confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us, and Capocuòco Ltd. where needed, to use them to quote, design and produce your project. Do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
- We may pause or close an account, for example if these terms are broken or the account is no longer used, and we may change or end the portal. Keep your own copies of anything you need.
Intellectual property
The capo·cuòco name, logo and product photography belong to Capocuòco Ltd. or other rights holders and are used by Igne Ferro Inc. as Canadian distributor. The site's text and design belong to Igne Ferro Inc. Other names and brands mentioned, such as appliance makers, belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for personal use or for your own projects. Any other copying, scraping or commercial use needs our written permission.
What you send us
When you send a form or a file, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Do not send anything unlawful, abusive or harmful, such as malware or spam. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Other sites
Links to other websites, and the Vimeo videos on collection pages, are provided for convenience. We do not control them, and their own terms apply.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and the portal are provided "as is." We work to keep information current and accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available. To the extent the law allows, Igne Ferro Inc. is not liable for losses arising from using the site or the portal, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, or changes a signed project agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario in Toronto, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
